Just a reminder:
All visitors to Cedar Bog are prohibited from venturing off the boardwalk. I know it can be tempting to try to get a better photograph by getting closer. The orchids and other flowers in bloom are all visible from the boardwalk. Some are right next to the boardwalk in places. Others are a bit further off but still very visible and close enough to get great photographs. Cedar Bog is a unique place with some very rare and delicate plants that are easily damaged by footsteps. The damage might not be apparant but it will be done and may not be recoverable in some cases. Please help us to preserve and protect everything at Cedar Bog Nature Preserve.
