DESCRIPTION:Boo in the Bog is a family-friendly event where people will walk the jack-o-lantern-lined boardwalk and learn about critters of Cedar Bog! We will have food\, face painting\, storytelling\, and a campfire as well. This event runs two days\, Friday October 11th from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM and Saturday\, October 12th from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM. DESCRIPTION:Join us for The Eclipse\, an unforgettable event held at Cedar Bog Nature Preserve in Urbana\, OH\, USA. Immerse yourself in the wonders of nature as you witness the mesmerizing celestial phenomenon of an eclipse. On April 8\, 2024\, a total solar eclipse will cross North and Central America creating a path of totality. During a total solar eclipse\, the Moon completely blocks the Sun while it passes between the Sun and Earth. The sky will darken as if it were dawn or dusk and those standing in the path of totality may see the Sun’s outer atmosphere (the corona) if weather permits. \nCedar Bog Nature Preserve lies within the full totality range which means we will have around three minutes of totality.
