As some of you may know, our dear friend and longtime volunteer, Mel Pratt, passed away in March. Mel was one of our first volunteer naturalists and had a deep passion for teaching others about the importance of Cedar Bog. For over a decade, she served as the storyteller for our “Boo in the Bog” event.
To honor Mel and preserve her legacy at the bog, we are seeking donations for a memorial fire pit and benches. Any contributions made starting today will go towards this memorial. Donations can be made in person, by mail, or online through our website via PayPal. Thank you for your support.
