Do you have any rocks or fossils lying about that you’ve ever wondered what they are? Visit Cedar Bog on Saturday, June 14th, starting at 10:30 AM to visit with Garry Getz. Garry is the Senior Geologist for Bowser-Morner Inc. and supplies our gift shop with tumbled Ohio flint!
Bring as many items as you’d like! This rock, mineral & fossil ID workshop is FREE to the public!
Pictured here is Gowganda Tillite, which is lithifield glacial till from the Precambrian period. Garry was able to ID this for us!
